(Yoosuf) 12 : 17
They said: "Oh, our father! Indeed we went racing with one another and left Yoosuf with our possessions, then a wolf ate him; but you would not believe us, even if we are truthful".
They were not having the true concept of the Three-Time-Knower Lord. So they lied to their father about Yoosuf. Meccan pagans at the time of Messenger and the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar of today are also having such evil characters. They consider and ridicule Messenger and odd-believer as "odd liar" as explained in verse 11: 27.
